Covid19

Here at J. Fournier Hair Design we could not imagine anything being more important than our clients health and safety. Now due to Covid19 we have implemented some new guidelines.

-All staff will be monitoring their own health with daily temperature checks.
-All stylists have completed Covid 19 specific sanitization/barbicide training.
-Social distancing will be in effect throughout our salon. (ie. we will Not be using our processing lounge at this time, all colour services will be processed at the stylist’s chair.)
-We will not be seeing as many clients in the day, or be accepting walk-ins for services or retail purchases at this time. Please feel free to call or email us for an appointment or products (curbside pick-up is available)
-All common areas of the salon will be closely monitored and sanitized repeatedly throughout the day by our team.
-We are also booking extra time with each guest so working stations as well as stylist’s tools can be thoroughly sanitized before and after each client.
-Hand sanitizer will be provided at all stations.
-Work stations are 3+ meters apart.
-Beverage service’s and magazine are temporarily unavailable. (sorry)
-Between 24-48 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a reminder email or phone call. Please be advised you will be asked to cancel or reschedule if you are feeling unwell.

 

 

APPOINTMENT PROTOCOL

-Please arrive on time for your appointment, (unless other wise instructed) as we have limited reception area available.
-Only guests with appointments may enter the salon.
-Please travel light, (only bring what you will need with you during your appointment).
-Masks are mandatory, all staff and clients will be wearing them. If you have your own mask that secures around your ears, feel free to bring it. Or one will be provided for you, at a small fee.
-After entering the salon you will be asked to hand sanitize, and answer some basic health questions, (and possibly have your temperature checked with a touch-less thermometer.)
-Once approved for your appointment you will be given a mask (if you don’t have your own) and a freshly laundered gown to change into, if you so desire.
-After changing you may be asked to wait a few minutes, or be directed straight to your stylists chair.
– Consultations will be done at a distance. As well as closer contact conversations will be at a minimum.(ie shampoo bowl chatter)
-While in the salon Please allow our team to assist you for all of your retail needs.
-At this time we are still taking all forms of payment. (preferably credit or debit)
-We will also be providing extra patience and understanding during this time…. We kindly ask that you do the same.
